This evening also marks Fête de la Musique, France's annual celebration of music held on the summer solstice. Half of the group will visit a local nose—a professional perfumer trained in the art of fragrance—for a hands-on workshop. Meanwhile, the other half will have time to explore the lively market before the groups switch, ensuring everyone enjoys both experiences.
